Vent-free, oil-tight construction with lifetime synthetic semi-fluid lubrication (−15 °C to 130 °C). High-temperature Nitrile® seals and vacuum-impregnated single-piece aluminum housing (MIL-STD 276) for strength, sealing and corrosion protection. Precision machined for optimal bearing and gear alignment.

One-piece alloy steel input and worm shaft. Case-hardened (Rc 58–60), ground high-helix worm with optimized tooth profile for low noise and high efficiency. Oversized bearings support high-speed shafts, increasing shock load capacity—ideal for frequent starts and reversals.

Machined, impregnated bearing caps allow flexible mounting. Deep thread engagement and zinc-plated hardware ensure durability. Centrifugally cast CuSn12Ni (C91700) nickel-bronze worm gears on iron hub for long life. Removable keyed hollow shaft enables secure torque transmission and high radial load capacity.
